Gesundheit is a rare gem in the App Store. Amongst a sea of physics puzzlers with generic visual design, it dares to be different. The puzzles are challenging, varying from level to level just enough to keep it interesting throughout. And with its unlikely, snot-flinging protagonist, you have one of the most adorable and endearing characters this year. This is the total package, a great game that’s as much a pleasure to look at as it is to play.
