I've been excited for this series since Kurtis Wiebe first told me about it back at New York Comic-Con. I'm happy to report that this issue does not disappoint. Peter Panzerfaust infuses the Peter Pan legend with a World War II setting, as the Lost Boys meet a Nazi-hunting Pan and recall their adventures together. It's a fascinating mash-up that doesn't feel like just a gimmick. There's a lot of room for a unique mythology, and I can't wait to see where it leads.
